Ken Vagts was born and raised on a livestock and grain farm located 8 miles west of Harmony MN. Ken graduated from Harmony High School in 1966 and from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business Administration in 1970. His first job was with the US Federal Government and 2 years later was hired by Travelers Insurance Company to manage their Real Estate Investment Division for Minnesota, North and South Dakota and parts of Canada. While employed with Travelers, Ken secured his Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s licenses, Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and licensed appraiser in the State of Minnesota.
After spending 16 years with Travelers, Ken became independent and started Alliance Land Company, a company Ken wholly owns and manages. This company specializes in the sale, appraisal and management of agricultural properties small and large. Ken continues to operate the company and has been targeting the southeast portion of Minnesota for business.
Neil Fishbaugher has been involved in Real Estate for 27 years now and is licensed in Minnesota. He specializes in sales of recreational land, farm land and commercial properties. Neil has experience with development of his own hunting and recreational properties which has helped him to provide information to his clients. Having been a farmer for a large portion of his life he really enjoys being involved with all aspects of rural properties. He will put every effort into providing excellent recreational and investment opportunities for his clients. Neil was born and raised near Harmony Minnesota and has spent his entire life in rural southeast Minnesota. When Neil isn’t talking about real estate, he is talking about his other passion “hunting,” mainly white-tail deer. He also enjoys hunting for black bear and wild turkey. Neil loves seeing wildlife as much as he enjoys hunting them that is why he works with his own CRP and food plots.
